Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of traditional Finnish woodworking items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at infocenter@selleroiretail.world or call +1 (801) 224-1237 to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item). In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
